Skyport aims to please and boasts an open minded staff with the desire and capability to accommodate “out of the box” ideas and requests made by pilots and guests to the best of our ability.
Tenant area and Services
Tenants have 24/7 access to secured areas containing their hangars/tie downs at all times, and full access to the FBO Terminal Building during normal operating hours (0700-1900/7 days a week). Tenants may utilize any of the common areas in the FBO such as lounge, flight planning, Executive conference room, showers, etc. for free.
As a benefit of being based at VDF, all tenants enjoy a discount of a $0.50/gallon off of retail fuel prices. Tenants have the opportunity to obtain push/pull/tow assistance for their aircraft by Skyport staff through the purchase of our “tow package”. Assistance with airing up a tire, or securing/un-securing tie-down ropes, a ride to or from another area on the field are all courtesies we offer and we’re only a phone call away.
We also assist based tenants with all of the same services we offer to transients at no cost to them. Rental cars, lodging, catering etc. are available to all guests, especially our valued base tenants.
For Aircraft Owners
Aircraft fueling, towing, marshaling, ramp tie down space and hangar space. Lavatory, Ground Power services, windshield cleaning, aircraft oil, assistance with placing engine covers, assistance with luggage, wheelchair and wheelchair access, flight planning areas, as well as lounge.
A large variety of aviation related services and resources with in and associated to the FBO, such as flight training facilities and maintenance/avionics.
Individualized attention based on the needs of the owner as well as the proper handling of the aircraft specific to type. Multiple fuel discount programs, multi-service cards and contract fuel authorizations accepted, including but not limited to: CAA, AEG Fuels, Colt International, World Fuel Alliance, and Avcard.
